How a job runs
Every job is looked at on site before we quote. The written quote usually follows within 24 to 48 hours and is itemised by area, with the preparation, the coats and the products for each surface, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and compare it with other quotes.
Occupied homes are painted room by room with floors and furniture protected, and the house is left usable at the end of each day. Shops and offices are staged around trading hours. Owners corporations get a written scope for common property that the committee can approve.
Insurance, guarantee and qualifications
$10 million public liability insurance, and a 5-year written workmanship guarantee on painting work.
Jimmy is a trade-qualified painter. Victoria does not issue a general painting trade licence, so there is no licence number to quote; we are happy to show insurance documents before work starts. ABN 50 548 669 474.
What we paint
We paint interior and exterior house repaints, commercial painting, pre-sale and rental repaints and body corporate painting. We also do kitchen cabinet and bathroom resurfacing, epoxy floors, decks and fences, and roofs.
Where we work
From our base in Mordialloc we cover Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Monash, Stonnington and the rest of Melbourne's south-east, with jobs further out by arrangement. The full list of suburbs is on the homepage.
